GEHWOL Canada Content Usage Terms

1. Permission to Use Content:

You grant GEHWOL Canada the unrestricted, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, and share the photos, videos, and written testimonials you submit for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media channels, email communications, digital advertisements, and the GEHWOL Canada website.

2. Ownership and Credit:

You retain ownership of your original content. When appropriate and practical, GEHWOL Canada may credit you by first name, city, or Instagram handle (if publicly available), but such credit is not mandatory.

3. Content Standards:

You confirm that all content you submit is your original work, does not infringe on any third-party rights, and does not contain offensive, unlawful, or misleading information.

4. No Compensation:

Participation in the GEHWOL Product Tester Club is voluntary. Apart from the tester kits and club perks provided, you agree that no monetary compensation will be offered or expected for the use of your submitted content.

5. Withdrawal of Consent:

If you wish to withdraw your permission for GEHWOL Canada to use your submitted content in future materials, you may contact us at [email protected]. GEHWOL Canada will make reasonable efforts to cease new uses of your content but cannot retract materials already published or distributed prior to your request.

6. Changes to Terms:

GEHWOL Canada reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on the program page.
